La Renta Premier Hotel & Spa

We stayed here the week before and returned because of the consistently excellent service. Daniel continued to be incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of variety.

No complaints, everything was just as great as our first stay.

The location in Old Town was perfect with everything within walking distance. The staff, especially Daniel at reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive, he helped us with luggage storage between our two stays and arranged excellent laundry service for us.

A very peaceful & serene place, tucked in the busy & vibrant streets of Hanoi. Great location as it was situated centrally in the old quarter. The hotel in itself is clean, great decor & aesthetic, breakfast was great and the staff we're so informative & helpful (shout out to Daniel & Tony)

Room 409, the toilet is sometimes smelly.Breakfast is included but it's poor.The soya sauce was out of date but it was still served during the breakfast. Check the expired date before using.

Once I arrived at the place, I realized the hotel does not have the same name as shown on booking.com.The TV doesn’t work in any room; the staff said it was under maintenance.At first, I was given a room without a window.Then I was moved to another room with a window, but the shower was inside the toilet without any separation, meaning when you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet.I finally asked for another room, which was larger but cost twice the price of the original room.Breakfast was very simple — just basic value for money.

The room is super hot, even the aircon can't suffice the heat. The WIFI doesn't work.

The place is falling apart. Lack of adequate amenities. Room with no view advertised as with view. Shower provides only dripping water. Lousy breakfast. They don't seem to take their business seriously.

It had a good amount of storage space, a fridge, and a kettle. Just disappointed with the fake review written under my name. The review had assigned an overall rating of 10 and full marks to all the criteria such as facilities, comfort, cleanliness etc. Booking.com needs to look into this epidemic of fake reviews of Vietnamese hotels.The hotel is ok for a night's stay. General cleanliness in the common areas needs to be improved. The breakfast was just not sufficient. It's served in the hotel adjacent to this one, in a dimly lit hallway. At the time of my arrival for breakfast, there were a few pieces of fruit and bread available, which were not refilled while I was there. There was a set menu from which one could order one dish. Staff booked a bus ticket to SaPa for me, but came to know that they charged a hefty premium for that.

The location was great - really close to the city center, so everything was super convenient and walkable. The hotel has a lift too, which was a big help for seniors and people with disabilities. They even let us check in early without any extra charges, which we really appreciated.Our room was very clean, and they made sure to clean it and change our towels every day. We did have a couple of small issues, like a leaking aircon and a clogged sink, but the staff fixed them right away.Overall, we had an awesome stay at La Renta! Thank you so much!

- Not sure if it was just me, but I had a hard time finding La Renta's exact location on Google Maps. So I just used Sonata Premier (the hotel right next to it), as my go-to pin whenever we went out.- They only accept credit card payments for short stays, so i think if you're staying for 2 or 3 nights or more, it's best to bring cash beforehand. They accept usd, php, and vnd. :)

Really dirty looking walls and everything looked like it was never painted or cleaned since years. The room wasn't the room we ordered on booking. The girl at the reception was nice and cute though :)

The room was very dark, lots of street noise, there was a big gap in our front door, people could see in, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper was half roll and damp, hallways dirty, went to reception twice and it was unmanned, felt unsafe

I couldn't sleep the whole night as the room was not sound proof and constant honking from outside traffic.

Location was perfect , 5 mins walk to night market and all shops bar’s restaurants around the corner . Beds we’re comfortable and clean . Room was basic but perfect for stay . No noise . Breakfast was good , eggs and toast . Staff were amazing , helpful . Great value for money

We loved the location and how kind the staff were. The room sheets were a bit dusty and aircon not working so well but overall its was still good for the price we paid.
